Lemkau is an APPOINTED judge.
Lemkau was never voted into office by the community, and voters
want him REMOVED FROM OFFICE for the following reasons:
Lemkau's bad judgment led to to a baby's death.
Lemkau failed to do his job to protect children.
Lemkau ignored credible evidence of death threats
against a 9-month-old baby.
Lemkau failed to prioritize a baby's safety.
Lemkau called a mother a LIAR when she appeared before
him, pleading for help to protect her baby son.
Lemkau spent only 5 MINUTES on a hearing
involving death threats against a baby's life.
Lemkau fails to recognize his grave errors in judgment,
and he will continue to put children in danger.
LEMKAU MUST BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE.

Judge Lemkau's Bad Judgment Led to
the Death of 9-Month-Old Baby Wyatt.
Baby Wyatt's life hung in the balance after the mother, Katie Tagle, presented evidence to Judge Lemkau that the father had made death threats to kill the baby. Lemkau IGNORED that evidence (e-mails, text messages, police reports, and an emergency protective order issued by another judge), and failed to order an investigation into the death threats against the baby. Lemkau called the mother a LIAR and ordered her to hand her baby over to the father THAT SAME DAY. Lemkau then granted UNSUPERVISED visitation to the father. It was during that unsupervised visitation granted by Lemkau that the father shot 9-month-old Baby Wyatt to death, then killed himself - 10 days after that fateful hearing..

Why Judge Robert Lemkau

Judge Lemkau's bad judgment led to the death of 9-month-old Baby Wyatt in January 2010.
Lemkau ignored a mother's evidence that the father threatened to kill her baby.
Court transcripts show Judge Lemkau called the mother a liar when she appeared before him, asking for help to protect her baby son.
Judge Lemkau put a baby in danger by failing to investigate allegations that the father made death threats to kill Baby Wyatt.
Lemkau failed to protect Baby Wyatt, and refused to grant the mother's request for supervised visitation.
